Do you work weekends / evenings.
BN1 are very flexible and are happy to work to your requirements be it for a quotation and / or your works.
How much would a new extension / conservatory cost?
Unfortunately we cannot give a generic answer however, BN1 are happy to visit your property and provide a no fee, no obligation quote for your extension which will be dependent on the size, specification and finish among other things. This is due to price fluctuation from different materials suppliers etc.
What type of materials do you use?
BN1 use a range of trusted local suppliers and shop around to get you the best quality at the best price. BN1 are happy to use any materials you request which will of course be reflected in the price.
How long are quotations valid for?
We advise this on an individual basis dependent on the size and scope of the works, the materials required amongst other things as these a subject to change.
Can you produce drawings for my works.
BN1 have the capability to produce CAD Drawings but this would be at a cost unless we were appointed to complete the project works.
How are payments handled and dealt with?
Any respectable and legitimate building company will never require a full balance upfront. However, depending on the size of the project and the duration, a contract can be drawn up which will outline milestones throughout your project/works. Based on these milestones, interim payments would be required to manage our cashflow. The final payment would only be required once all work has been completed.
Who manages the projects?
Jamie manages our projects and one will always be on hand to answer any queries you may have throughout the process.
What is the current leadtime as to when you can start my job?
This is taken on a case by case basis depending on your requirements. It is best to contact us for an accurate answer.
Do you offer a free, no obligation quotation?
Of course. BN1 are more than happy to visit your property at a time convenient for you and quote your works.
Can you source all required materials and project manage our required works?
Yes. The majority of our jobs include us sourcing all materials, (unless you decide that you would prefer to do so). Aarons background is in Project Management so managing the labour, procurement and ensuring the project is completed to the highest standard is what he does best. The good news for you is that this is all inclusive in our service.

Yes, BN1 have a huge amount of previous clients who are happy to sing our praises. Luckily for us we find that our best form of advertising is word of mouth and our projects are often repeat business.
